Welcome to Elkhorn Area School District! We look forward to meeting your student. Enrollment in the Elkhorn Area School District is open to all school-age residents within the boundaries of the school district and those from other districts who have been accepted through Open Enrollment.

New families to the district will request a Family Access account to start their enrollment application. Returning families can log in to their existing accounts to enroll. After you submit your application, email or bring the following items to the District Office (3 N. Jackson Street) for review:

• Your student’s birth certificate or passport

• Your driver’s license/ID

• Proof of residency

We’ll also need to see your student’s immunization records, and certain grade levels may also require a physical exam. You can download EASD health forms on the Health Services website.

Please note, the online application works best on a desktop or laptop computer. If you don’t have access to a desktop or laptop, call the District Registrar and set up an appointment to come to District Office and use our Enrollment computer.
