All 4K families will fill out an online enrollment application for their student to enter the Elkhorn Area School District. New families to the district will request a Family Access account to start their application. Returning families can log in to their existing Family Access accounts to enroll. After you submit your application, bring the following items to the District Office (3 N. Jackson Street) for review:

1. Your student's birth certificate or passport 

2. Your driver's license/ID

3. Proof of residency (like a bill, lease, or mortgage statement)

You'll also be required to turn in a physical form and immunization records for your student.
