Fee Waiver and Reduced Price Meal Program

Free and Reduced Price School Meal ​Program

An application for the Free and Reduced Price School Meal program is available via your Family Access account. Only "Food Service Payors" will be able to access the online application.

Login to your Family Access account, select a student at the top of the screen and then navigate to the Food Service tab on the left. Click on “Applications” (above the Lunch Calendar link), and then “Add Application.” You only need to submit one application for your family. You do not need to fill out an application for each of your students. 

Paper applications are available at your the District Office and your student's school. Questions can be directed to the EASD Food Service department, 262-723-3160, ext. 1423.  ​

Fee Waiver

Families that qualify for the Free and Reduced Price School Meal program may file a ​"Fee Waiver" form with their building principal requesting to have student fees waived. The principal will forward the waiver form with a recommendation to the District Administrator for approval. The Elkhorn Area School District uses the same standards as the Federal Free and Reduced Price School Meal Program for determining whether or not your child is eligible for a fee waiver. The District will use this information to determine waiver eligibility and to enforce policy and rules concerned with fee collection. The District may disclose this information to law enforcement officials to help them determine misuse of the waiver program. ​

Applications must be filled out annually to participate in the Free and Reduced Price School Meal and Fee Waiver programs.
